Oscar Silva is a dedicated advocate for public education and a proud parent in Humble ISD. With extensive experience in coaching, training, and executing large-scale projects, Oscar has a proven track record of leadership and collaboration. He volunteers in WatchDOGS at Oak Forest Elementary, served on the PTSA at Sconzo Early College High School, completed the Humble ISD Leadership Academy, serves at Houston Northeast Church, and supports initiatives across the district. As the leader of the popular Facebook group Humble ISD Parents, Oscar has built a platform to empower parents and amplify community voices. Passionate about fostering transparency and excellence in education, Oscar is committed to ensuring every student in Humble ISD has access to quality education and opportunities.
